FAQ

Here are some common signs:

  • Foundation Cracks, Wall/Floor Cracks and Other Types Of Fractures
  • Foundation Settling Or Sinking, or you notice that one side is leaning lower
  • Foundation Upheaval
  • Doors That Stick Or Don’t Open And Close Properly
  • Gaps Around Window Frames Or Exterior Doors
  • Sagging Or Uneven Floors

Permits might be required, depending on how much work needs to be done to correct your foundation issue, but we can take care of all that for you. No need for you to go to the city and do anything beforehand. Each city has different codes and requirements, so it depends on where your home is located.  However, for most California cities the Building Codes state that no structure can be altered, repaired, or updated without individual permits for each projects, and permits must be obtained in advance and approved by a building official.

Again, we can take care of all that for you.

Foundation repair, concrete repairs or crawl space repairs will typically take 3 to 5 days to complete, depending on the extent of the repairs to make and depending on when city inspections for the project can be scheduled. We always try to organize project work and inspections to happen in the shortest possible time in order to minimize the disruption to your home or building use.
